Circo Caster Insert is designed to internally fit 1-1/4 inch fittings. The 3/8 inch hole is made for a caster peg to slide in for creating a roll around chair, cart, or other types of rolling items. This fitting works with 1-1/4 inch fittings, it will not go inside 1-1/4" pipe.
