We value your business and are committed to protecting your privacy. We want your experience here to be positive and safe.


You may browse our site at any time without logging in and you will remain anonymous. We may track I.P. addresses in order to see which pages are being used, but we will not know who you are. Logging into the site will let us know who you are and we will be able to customize the site for you. Your log-on information will be used only by you for site customization, and your visits will always remain confidential.


For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider,, keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.


Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer, and for updating the customer on new products and company news.


If you are placing an order, you will be required to provide personal information necessary for order processing. This information will be used for order processing and company updates via e-mail. Your name and past orders may be saved; however, credit card information will never be kept on file, and personal information will not be sold, exchanged or distributed to third parties. The email address you provide, for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order and company news. You may opt out of emails at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing from within the email.


If you choose to sign up for our newsletter you agree to be contacted with special offers, products, and news about Circo Innovations that we feel may interest you. If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time through our website or by contacting us. Our newsletter email list will ONLY be used for the Circo Innovations Newsletter and will not be shared with anyone.


By contacting us or submitting your ideas and photos you agree to let us use your comments, suggestions, contributions, ideas, photos or other feedback throughout our site and in our marketing at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

  • We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. You can cancel your order by calling us at 1-877-762-7782

  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel at that point. However, if you return the items to us within 30 days there is no fee for restocking. Please note that all returns after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please see our returns section for more details.

Confirm Order Was Placed

  • After you place an order with us you should receive an order confirmation, via the email provided. This order confirmation should contain the order number as well as details about your order.

  • If you did not receive an order confirmation, you can contact us at, or call 1-877-762-7782 to see what the issue may be.


Shipping and Return info


Order Handling and Transit Times

Items that we currently have in stock will be shipped according to a standard shipping timeline. If the order placed has PVC fittings and accessories then you can expect the shipment to take one to two business days to send. If the order has any PVC pipe included it can take up to five business days for that shipment to leave our facility. These shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. There are situations that can cause shipping to take longer. If there is any issue with customer information the order can take longer to ship. Please note that holidays, item availability, and incorrect customer info can cause shipping to take longer than stated above.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for PVC pipe and some fittings may incure extra weight charges because of their dimensional weight.

You can determine the cost of shipping to your zip code by adding all items you need to your cart. From the Cart page, enter your zip code to see the lowest priced estimate for shipping. Note, shipping rate may change when full address is entered.


Returns Policy


Undesired Items (within 30 days of purchase)

You can return any fittings or other accessories that have not been used to us within 30 days of purchase. PVC pipe sales are only returnable under a few exceptions. Please call in the case of needing to return pipe.

Items must be undamaged and in correct packaging. Refunds will either be deposited to the original funding source, a check will be sent to the customer, or the customer may choose a store credit in the amount of the refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need to return an item please call us at 1-877-762-7782. We'll notify you of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

Incorrect, Mis-Ship or Defective Orders

Please be sure that you have ordered the right size Snap Clamps, hinges, fittings and pipe for your project. We ask that you review our PVC Size Dimensions Chart to make sure you understand the specific sizing of each part. If you have ordered the incorrect size you may return the original items to us and receive an in store credit or replacement with the correct size. Circo Innovations, Inc. is not responsible for any misunderstandings on PVC sizes and dimensions. Please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your products if the size is wrong. You must be in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a replacement in the case that you have received a defective item. Please call us to let us know what is wrong as soon as possible. To the best of our ability we will try to correct the situation.



Out of Stock Items

In the case that an online order is placed that we do not currently have in stock we will contact the purchaser within two business days to follow up about the status of the order. If you have not recieved a shipping confirmation email please call our office at 1-877-762-7782.
